Workshops are for women who want to deepen the practice in a shared space, receive personal guidance, explore seasonal themes, and reconnect through community.

You do not need to attend a workshop to begin BalanceHER.

The online guidance is designed to support you at home, in your own rhythm, and in your own time.

Workshops are offered seasonally and in limited spaces for women who want to deepen the experience.
