Limited In-Person Experiences
BalanceHER Workshops for Women
Shared rhythm. Live guidance. Space to return.
BalanceHER workshops bring Harmony Flow Wellness Practices into a shared space.
Come to move.
Breathe.
Stamp your feet.
Become quiet.
Ask questions.
And experience the practice with other women—without pressure to perform or get everything right.
Workshops are offered seasonally with limited places.
BEGIN ONLINE. PRACTISE TOGETHER.
You do not need a workshop to begin
You can begin BalanceHER through the book and online guidance in your own time.
The workshops offer something different:
- live guidance from Amanda;
- help with posture and movement;
- time to ask questions;
- a deeper experience of rhythm and breath;
- and the simple pleasure of practising with other women.
Online guidance helps you return regularly.
Workshops allow us to practise together.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A WORKSHOP?
No performance. No perfect body required.
Each workshop is built around a clear women’s well-being theme.
Depending on the session, we may explore:
- Feet Stamping and grounding rhythm;
- Harmony Flow movement rooted in Yuan Qi Qigong;
- natural and prenatal breathing;
- Inner Silence;
- self-acupressure and body rubbing;
- body-listening practices;
- hormonal life-stage awareness;
- Second Spring;
- seasonal self-care;
- and small rituals for everyday life.
You will not be expected to memorise everything.
You will be encouraged to notice what feels useful for your body.
WHO ARE THE WORKSHOPS FOR?
BalanceHER workshops are for women who want to:
- experience the practices in person;
- understand the movements more clearly;
- ask questions;
- reconnect with their bodies;
- explore a particular life stage or wellness theme;
- and practise in a relaxed, supportive group.
You do not need Qigong experience.
You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need special clothing or a perfectly calm mind.
Arrive as you are.

WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE
“The Qigong for women is the BEST modality I have come across to not only strengthen my body but also to bring calm, flow & balance into my body.”

This workshop shows how the practices can move out of the class and into everyday life.
Body Map Practice
Learn to notice where the body is holding tension, fatigue, or discomfort.
This workshop introduces the body-map approach and shows how selected BalanceHER practices connect with the online MapMeHealthy guidance.
A SHARED SPACE WITHOUT PRESSURE
Some women come because they want to understand the movement.
Some come because their bodies are changing.
Some need a pause from carrying everybody else.
Some simply want to spend time with women who understand.
You may participate within your own comfortable range.
You may make a movement smaller.
You may sit when you need to.
You may take time to watch before joining in.
BalanceHER is not about proving what your body can do.
It is about learning to hear it.
